[FEATURE] IPSec IKEv2

Hello,

There has been some requests for UTM to support IKEv2, so I wonder what is the implementation of IPSec on Copernicus?
I got something from doing a grep of ipsec.log, like it would be openswan 2.4.9... but that looks like something from 2007. Am I reading well? 
Is there any plan to get newer release that would include IKEv2 a beta or in a future release?
