[ANSWERED] Beta 2 downloaded but can't install

hi

so I have beta downloaded under System>Maintenance>firmware
however when I click on Install it says this error

New Firmware could not be uploaded. Please refer to online help for possible reasons

What is this telling me and how can I install it.

the online help doesn't help?

Mine installed without a problem. I did have to upgrade and activate the Sophos Beta-1 Image first however. Not sure if that makes a difference in your case or not.
