I really like the concept of the Performance Widget, however, I feel as though it's slightly arbitrary and a bit too static; not really a one size fits all measurement. My current installation has been steadily between 2 and 2.3 units, which is completely fine with the resources I've dedicated to the VM.
Ideally it would be nice if the Performance Widget recognized a steady load, revert to green and only alert with a warning or alert based on a delta shock to the firewall. Unfortunately, the amount of work in that request seems like it would require a decent amount of effort as well as introduces another arbitrary element of time with Performance History, therefore leading me to the real request.
As a happy medium, perhaps allowing admins to adjust the Performance Threshold for Warning and Alert. E.g. If I know my system normalizes in the low 2's then I'd set my warning to 3 units as to only be notified when it reaches that threshold.
