[BUG] File type exception

I've created a Network Policy, with a Web Filter blocking the executable File Type.

For some domains I want to enable downloading executable files (example Chrome updates), as the Copernicus policy method is very similar to the Cyberoam one, I've followed this howto to enable this: kb.cyberoam.com/default.asp

Policy is applied to both IPv4 as IPv6.

But still the log says:
