[ANSWERED] Importing Active Directory Users

Hello,

I've successfully added my Active Directory server to the Objects > Assets > Authentication Server and the test connection comes back with a success. I press the 4px by 4px import button and the wizard opens, I select the Base DN as a query and press the Next (>) button and nothing happens. No error, no thinking symbol, no success message. It just stops and if I remove the Base DN entry and clicks next it states I need the Base DN. But I cannot seem to get past the Base DN step.

Has anyone else successfully used the import Groups and Users wizard and did you run into this issue as well and get past/bypass it?

    Hi Mike,

    When external authentication server is used ; users are created automatically on first logon . There is no need to manually create users in firewall.

    User login will be check against all authentication server in order configured for firewall authentication ( system --> system services --> authentication )
