[FEATURE REQUEST] No Test for Dynamc DNS Setting

When I usually make changes like this that require external testing, I just grab my smartphone and test a URL that way.  [:)]   Not what you are looking for, but it's a quick workaround for testing something quickly.

looks like you can change the time it checks to say 1 minute.  still think it needs a test button but you could argue that's a request rather than bug.  oh well

From what I noticed, once you click save, it actually makes the attempt. 

Interestingly enough, initially my DynDNS domain tends to fail and hours later I'll notice it was successful. Not quite sure what that's about.
