[ANSWERED] Device Access Profile : AD users can't connect to the GUI ?

Hi guys,

I was testing the different kind of administrator privilege we can apply on external users (Active Directory users).

I have applied a "Crypto Admin" profile to one of my AD User (well listed in the users database). The fact is that I am still unsuccessful when I try to use this account on the Webadmin.

I can see this in log viewer > admin
"User blabla failed to login to Web Admin Console because of wrong credentials"

If I use this same account on the user portal, it works.

If I use a user creates in Copernicus, it works.

I don't see why I remain in the failure [:S]
