[ANSWERED] What is a live user?

I have a number of devices connected to this beta, but none show up as live users, so I have to conclude they are all dead.
If live user means an active session then that doesn'tcount either. If it means a user with a heart beat that would make them a live user and the other users dead users.
Dead users can still access the www, so what causes the live user count to grow greater than 0?

Hi,

Live Users are the currently logged in users in Sophos Firewall. Can you please login in some users using Captive portal or other method and access internet with user policy and check if that count increase or not ?

I only have one actual user on the beta machine, the rest are weather station, phones and tablets.

Your request is a challenge for tomorrow night when I get home from work.
