[ANSWERED] SOCKS Proxy = Upstream Proxy?

I've been looking to replicate the SOCKS5 w/ Authentication Proxy from UTM 9. Has this been refactored into Upstream Proxy?

If not, where can I find the SOCKS5 Proxy setup, given it exists in this public beta, of course.
