[BUG] DHCP is disabled when IP is changed

Hi,

I have setup a DHCP, next, I have changed the IP address of the ethernet interface on which the DHCP was enabled and then, the DHCP has been disabled.

I have enable it again by selecting the ETH0 interface again but the configuration was still the old one, there is no "automatic" configuration to setup the IP range.
