[FEATURE] Change Policy Order

Hi All, 

How can I change policy order? Drag and drop does not work with different king of policy. Drag and drop will be nice and change ID either. 
If I want Network Policy before User policy, how can I accomplish it?

You can change policy order within same policy type ( BAP, user,NW).

It is not supported to have network policy rule before user policy. Please give me usecase you want to achieve by this.

Maybe I do not need Network policy before User policy (I do not have any use case at the moment).

I think it will be nice to order Rules by ID. See screenshot. My BAP has rule id 3, while user has 1 and network 2. 

Also it will be nice to have different views (without using filter). Imagine 50 network policy, 20 User Policy and 10 BAP all together. All the time I have to use filter to find the policy I am looking for. 
Add search box too.
