I am doing a trial of AMA and am having difficulty with users. I have a site admin and created a user. I have been successfully archived emails, but when I go in to search for emails under either the admin or user, i get 0 returns. And these are for terms that I know are from emails that are archived. I assume I don't have the user setup correctly, though it does have admin rights, not auditor.
I don't have any of the Active Directory options setup. I added my corporate email address as the users address, but still can't get any returns. What am I doing wrong?
