Outlook Plugin --> Search algorithm

Hello,

are there any search algorithms that the user can use in order to spezialize the search for mails?

Are there any documentation, white papers for Astaro Mail Archiving generally and the outlook plugin? The "Getting started guide" is not what I'm looking for and what satiesfies our customers...

    In the "technical specification" (?) there a no details of search algorithm or any other information that we are looking for. The "General Terms & Conditions" contains information of the mail archiving solution in general.
    Where can we find useful technical information and details for your mail archiving solution (e.g. search algorithm in the outlook plugin)?
