ReIndex User

Hello there

We are now using AMA since Januar 10 (startet with Beta). We saved all mails to the archive but created only a few users. if i now add more users they only see the mails that have been archived since they have been createt. How can i start a ReIndex for AMA to add all the mails that were saved for this user before the account was created... ?

Hi Mike,

Actually we don't offer a reindexing feature in the ArchiveAdmin at the moment. While you are free (and I encourage to do so) to add a feature request for that on feature.astaro.com, I will check on a solution.

would be nice if you have some solution for me.... i have a users who deleted his pst archive from the local disk. The mails are also stored on AMA but not accessible for him.
