Mails in archive partially scrambled/unreadable?

Hi,

just testing the new AMA and instantly came acrosse the following issue:

When performing a search within the archive (using the Outlook Plugin) some mails are found, where the header is displayed correctly but the body seems to be scrabmled (look at the attached screenshot).

Looking at the same E-Mail through the Webportal it's also unreadable *but* when displaying the message source the email is fine and completely readable.

Looks like the "viewer component" is not interpreting the email correctly. The only system in which emails are affected and which are not seems to be that the affected emails have been sent from an iphone through an exchange2010 server.

Any ideas how to fix this?

    Thanks for the report!

    Just for clarification: You're saying that all affected mails were sent with an iPhone over Exchange2010? That would give us enough hints to start investigation of the issue.

    Hi,

    as i just started evaluating AMA i have only very few E-Mails in my archive so this might not be representative but yes the only two e-mails affected so far have been sent from iPhone through Microsoft Exchange 2010.

    As the source code of the archived emails in AMA looks just fine i guess you should be able to easily find the cause when looking at the source code of an affected e-mail. Let me know how to provide it securely and i'll do.
