Update Issue 9.11 3to 9.12 8

Hello,
we are using the essential UTM with basic licensing. When we try to update manually, we get :

    By update manually, do you mean uploading to At Management > Up2Date > Advanced?

    At Management > Up2Date > Advanced, can you manually upload the applicable up2dates?  The naming convention of the files are the version you are updating from followed by the version you are updating to.  They are not cumulative, so it looks like you'll need to download, upload 6 packages or so.
