Can not load licence file

When i try to load the essential licence file I get this message: OpenPGP failed to understand the format of the license file. 
Is this becauce my name inside the file contains Ø and ø?
I tried to create a new licence, with O and o instead, but got the same file back, with Ø and ø inside.

    Try downloading a license file instead of using one emailed to you. It seems like your email program is messing with the "armor" around the license details.
