Problem to Configure DMZ with Public Address

Sorry My English!!

I have 3 NIC:

1 - Internet: IP 200.165.146.178 (network: 200.165.146.176/30 and Gateway: 200.165.146.177) - This is my internet connection

2- LAN: IP 10.128.24.1 (network: 10.128.24.0/23 )

3 - DMZ: IP 200.165.146.181 (network: 200.165.146.180/30)

In DMZ i have a web server with public ip adrress: 200.165.146.182/32 and i want it have access to internet without nat, and it should be access from internet too.

From LAN it works, but from internet not.
