PB TSE Access

Hi,

 We use Sophos Virtual Appliance UTM Free with a Vmware ESX 5 free edition server.
 
5 persons connect to a TSE server (Port 3389) by Sophos UTM from the same agency (same Public IP).
 
During the day, all TSE connections are blocked (after 2 ou 3 hours of utilisation).
 
The connections are allowed from others sites (my home for example) but blocked from this agency.

 The problem is resoved when I restart the virtual applicance.
 
Is my Bandwith from the same IP limited with free licence ?
 
How can I resolv my problem ?

    Hi, there's no bandwidth limit.

    Does anything appear in the firewall logs?

    How do the CPU and Memory usage graphs look (under reporting)?

    Make sure you're not using the "Flexible" network drivers in the VM; they have problems.
    You may have to build a new VM from scratch using the ASG/UTM Software ISO.
