No, Ubuntu updater or upgrader does not work, at first it download the packages very slow then it stop working during downloading the packages.
It work only If I add an exception in Web Filtering as you can in  the attached screenshot.

You said "I did not find any issue in web proxy live log". Since you were reviewing that log I presumed you were using the web proxy. Are you?

Yes, I use Web proxy
I'll try this rule change with your suggestion of using internal network object and feed you back but this will be next Tuesday.

Well if the web filter exception corrects the issue then why are you pursuing a firewall rule? Its not unusual to require an exception. A firewall rule will only work if your ubuntu pc does not use the web proxy.

About the exception, I only allow ubuntu ubdate in specific time through Time Definition,and it is not usual to enable this exception in this specific time, I want this to be automatically.

A firewall rule will only work if your ubuntu pc does not use the web proxy.

So why I see this dropped traffics in firewall rule at ubuntu update time, while I am using web proxy?!

How are you using the web proxy - Transparent Mode?

One thinbg that would be helpful is to see the web proxy log entries when the update does work - that would be when the exception is scheduled.

The stopes packets in the original post are the result of a different problem - they aren't the problem. We may see the issue in the httpproxy log. You may need a command line fix - is this under Astaro maintenance?
