A Firewall rule does not work

The rule should be:

From: LAN (or misertech)
To: ANY
Service: HTTP (NOT your "from http")
Allow

But the dropped traffic is originating from outside "as you can see in the attached screen shot", and your rule describe a traffic originating from internal LAN!! is it ok?

Dropped ACKs are not usually a problem.

No, Ubuntu updater or upgrader does not work, at first it download the packages very slow then it stop working during downloading the packages.
It work only If I add an exception in Web Filtering as you can in  the attached screenshot.
