DHCP stop working after few days of use

Hi!

I have been using astaro home and essentials for a year already.
I have few of this firewalls installed in few locations working all great but for the passed few month I Installed my last firewall ASTARO essensials FREE in a Hotel and I am having problems with DHCP.

I am using a DELL DIMENTION 3000 with 2GB RAM P4 2.0 GHz 40GB Hard disc with 4 NICs (3 PCI and one build-in).

Network configuration as follow:

INTERNET DSL <> eth0(WAN) <> eth1(LAN-SUBNET1)192.168.10.0/21
                                        <> eth2(LAN-SUBNET2)192.168.20.0/24
                                        <> eth3(LAN-SUBNET3)192.168.1.0/24

Each NIC is serving internet through multiple WAP under each subnet and all is working fine except for eth2 that every few days stop serving IPs and internet stop working from that interface.
I did changed the NIC but still the same problem. Also I tried to move all to just one NIC and I had the same problem.

I know that someting is worng with wiring/WAP/network in that section, like interference or inductance been filter in the cables and cossing the service fail but I dont know where to see that problems... I was looking at the logss but I am not sure what am I looking...
