Astaro 220 box system file corruption

Hi all,
I have Astaro 220 REV.2 with essential license and web support, and it seems that it has file system corruption due to electric outage, so to solve this issue I must use the command line.
I am asking about the consequences of using command line to fix the issue, and the consequences if I buy license or support program in future.
I hope that you can understand my points.

Hi, there's probably no easy way to fix it, so
1. make sure you have a backup
2. re-install from the CD
3. put the (unencrypted) backup on a USB stick and insert it during boot up, or restore from the webadmin

Thanks Barry for your reply.
But there is a command "fsck" that can be use to check and repair the file system.
so if I use this command in my 220 box which has essential license with no support subscription,is this will effect me in future if I want to buy a license or subscribe in support program.
