I don't understand it. My windows xp computers can connect to Astaro via SSL and PPTP connection and they can find all the computers and browse any shared drives. But for Windows 7 or Windows VIsta it is saying it can't find network after been connected. I am totally lost. Any Help would be appreciated.
HI OLM. I can ping the server and get reply but I can't use no other protocol to connect to it. Neither http, ftp, rdp etc. I find it very weird but when I use windows xp or windows 2003 everything works fine.

What version of ASG software are you running? You need to be pretty much current (7.509, 8.003, or 8.100 if you are using the beta) to have the latest SSL VPN clients- these solve 64 bit issues and several others.
If you are several updates behind, please update the ASG at your earliest convenience. Then try completely uninstalling the client software from the problem systems, download a fresh (complete) client package from the ASG and install.
Hello Jack Daniel I am running Astaro 8.100 but it is the 32bit version. The system has the capability to run 64bit as well. Do you think I should reformat and load the 64bit version then start update to the lastest ASG. Thanks
