Dedicate NIC to have DHCP and internet via VPN tunnel

Do you mean the following?  "StrongVPN service  Astaro  LAN" for access to certain IPs and websites, but for all other traffic, it should not use the tunnel.  That might be possible, but it really depends on the StrongVPN service and how you connect to it.  In any case, we would need tohave a fuller description of just what kind of traffic and whether you want to be able to use the HTTP/S Proxy.

Well maybe it's easier to describe my current setup.

I have a router connected to my ISP a Linksys WRT610n and it is my LAN 1. 

To that LAN 1 I have attached a second router in it's WAN port, and it's a Draytek.

The Draytek router has a LAN to LAN feaure where I can specify a VPN Dial-out entry and I can set that to "Change default route to this VPN tunnel ( Only single WAN supports this )"

In this way everything I connect to the Draytek will have the StrongVPN (PPTP)  public IP in the UK.

It working ok, but I would like to consolidate all this on a single platform, hopefully Astaro.

But can it be done? I don't need any HTTP/S Proxy features just plain routing :-)

Hi, I don't think Astaro can be a PPTP Client. (It can accept PPTP connections from other clients though.)

Does StrongVPN support OpenSSL (OpenVPN) or IPSec?

Well I was afraid of that, could not find the feature my self i Astato.

My subscription supports pptp, l2tp and sstp. But an OpenVPN subscription is also available.
