[7.505][BUG] a number of issues

Hi,
when first installing an ASG and you use the wizard a number of functions are started, rules created etc. I built my ASG from a 7.503 ISO.

In the essentials version a number of functions are not available. On my essentials version I have a number of functions with green enabled buttons or the dashboard shows the functions are active but grayed out.
You cannot access the functions to disable them.
