Creating a essential edition ASG using Custom setup

Hi,
Is this setup good enough for Essential Edition ASG?
CPU: AMD Athlon II x2 250
RAM: 6GB DDR3-1333
MB: Gigabyte MA785GMT-US2H
Second ethernet card: DLink 530TX
HDD: Hitachi 320G 7200RPM

Is this setup compatible with ASG? also should I bump to 8GB and 3 Core setup?

We've answered this in your other thread. Drop to 3 gigs(astaro can't address more than 4 anyway) and yes you have waaaaya more than enough..[:)]

IMO the optimum server for a standalone ASG is a dual core atom with 2 G ram. 40GB hard drive is plenty.

Atoms work depending on what features he is using and how much traffic.

Atoms work depending on what features he is using and how much traffic.

Well ... it is an essential edition after all, so there aren't that many features that could take up processing power.
