[BUG] Performance warning ?

I have constant performance warning on the dashboard and cannot find the reason why. Screenshots attached.

This is something we need to change. the system load average warning line is too low per appliance. (there's a yellow "warn" line mostly hidden by the performance line in the load average graph)
