[ANSWERED] Redirect after Register Device

Hi Sophos

After the click in Register Device button and Sucessful registration the redirect to Sophos Corpenicus Web Interface fail with this messsage.

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Reason: You're speaking plain HTTP to an SSL-enabled server port.
Instead use the HTTPS scheme to access this URL, please.

This occurs because the redirect is over HTTP and dont to HTTPS

For Example:

Fail:
http://192.168.100.1:4444/webconsole/webpages/ApplianceNotRegistered.jsp?language=English

Correct:
httpS://192.168.100.1:4444/webconsole/webpages/ApplianceNotRegistered.jsp?language=English

Hi Linck.
In our logs I can only see one device in your name which was successfully registered a few days ago.

Did the problem occur when you clicked the 'Initialize License Synchronization' button? If so, this is known issue 1287 documented on this page: https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/astaroorg/f/66/t/57883

In which case you should be able to synchronize your license by quitting that screen and clicking the license synchronization button on the firewall UI page.

If this is not your problem, please send me more information by private message such as the serial number you are using and log file extracts.
