Is this working 32-bit only?

I think your Motherboard does memory sharing with the Graphics card?

Look in the BIOS and try to change it up or down :-)

Well. That computer is virtual machine. (VMware vSphere)

Video memory configured for 4MB and that memory using another pool.

How is the VM configured in VMWARE?

EDIT: MISREAD your post, sorry! - I run in ESXi 6.00 with 8GB ram and they are all visible, I deployed from the OVF files.

I changed the NICS to VMXNET3 from Flexible though.
