Confusion about missing functionalities and differences between Sophos UTM and Copernicus can be explained in just one sentence:

Copernicus is not based on Sophos UTM "SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 SP2" with several open-source projects bundled, but on the Cyberoam OS. Firewall/Web/App etc... logic is completely based on Cyberoam, with the intention to integrate as many as possible Sophos solutions into the same OS.

    I'm guessing that you haven't seen the Cyberoam UI.  It is different than the Sophos UTM and reminds me more of the SonicWall Layout, but everything at least makes sense.  Web Filtering is in the Web Filter Tab, Email Protection - You guessed it in the Anti-Spam Tab.  Creating a new UI based off the Cyberoam OS is no reason to scatter feature/subscription settings all over the place.
