if you navigate to System -> System Services -> Rogue AP Scan there is a schedule option, but if you select for examle All Days and you reload the page, nothing is selected.
since, there was a bug in older version, which was showing rouge AP scan option in non wireless appliances as well and due to which it was not working.
Rouge AP scan / schedule is only supported in Wireless Appliances only..
