[ANSWERED] Will there be a home license?

Hi all,

Been playing with the new product since the beta started. Minus the common issue a lot of us are having with the pretty but not functional gui; I was reading that the licensing structure is changing which could be a good thing. It does however raise the question for all us that use utm for business and home.

Will there be a free/paid home type license?

Otherwise I'm looking forward to how this turns out.mhzve been following Copernicus news since the first slideshows popped up in the forum.

    yes, there will be a free home use license version of Copernicus available. We still strongly believe in making our product freely available for home use, and plan to make Copernicus also available for free home use. 
    The home use will be limited in the number of cores and RAM it supports, rather than the number of protected IPs, as well as message customization, but will include all features on the box.

    That's good news. Hopefully it won't be struggling for ram like utm does sometimes so you can set a reasonable limit.

    Don't think I could go back to normal firewall/routers after using utm since v7.
