[BUG] RED50 Loadbalancing does not work

Hi,

i have a RED50 with 2 Uplinks. 

1 Link 25/2MBit Coax Cable 
2 Link 30/30MBit Wifi

The FW is in a server center at a ISP. I test the Loadbalancing feature and if i connect one cable or configure only on uplink the speed is ok, but if i connect 2 Uplinks, the speed goes down unter 0.5/0.5MBit.

It has no impact if i enable the tunnel compression, only with one uplink you see the speedup.

Is this a known Bug?

    Hi Alex,

    thank you very much for your feedback. I tried to reproduce this issue but could not observe your problem of decreased throughput when 2nd uplink mode is set to 'Loadbalancing' and two uplinks are connected.
    Do you  also use a 2nd UTM hostname or just one UTM uplink (i.e., is there anything in '2nd UTM hostname'?). Also, what is the throughput if you only use the Wifi uplink?

    Hi Joe,

    i put on the same server the UTM 9.3 with the RED50 and i get 22MBit/2MBit in loadbalancing mode. 

    So the copernicus must have a bug.

    Its not importend if i use 1 or 2 hostnames for the UTM. 

    But one thing in the GUI is looking very confusing, only the first IP line ist green, the other is grey. But the RED50 writes that all tunnels are connected.

    Hello Alex,

    the GUI problem that only the first uplink is shown in green is a display issue without operational impact (though I agree a confusing one. It's tracked now internally with ID NC-3814).
    For the low performance: This issue might be resolved with the the next build. Is it possible for you to retest then when this becomes available?

    Yes not problem for now I put on the original 9.3 version, testing with a old version, where bugs exists that long time ago was fixed is wasted my time. 
    After we have a newer version I will install it again. With the 9.3 the second wan will not used too. Only the tunnel is up ... I am waiting for a update from Sophos support in this case.
