[FEATURE] Device could not be synchronized, please contact support

Hi all,

I registered gateway (hopefully successfully), but I can not synchronize license. I only got an error message:

Device could not be synchronized, please contact support

What did I wrong?

Are you able to see your device under devices in My Account ?

Make sure you are rechable to eu-prod-utm.soa.sophos.com

Also you can verify licensing logs under /log/licensing.log

if you are getting logs like: 

ERROR     Jul 31 15:28:43 [0]: Certificate signing Failed : Failed To Get Registered Device....[:(]

Then probably your device is not yet registered, 

Try to register again, or try with different browser.
