Is anyone successfully deployed RED 10 or 50? I have registered RED50 on Copernicus and get confirmation on email, but RED50 could not connect to sophos servers for initial configuration. It is true that I have RED50 behind Sophos UTM, but it is on separate lan with all traffic allowed and I could see that connection to some amazon servers on port 3400 is going out, but RED could not be initialised.

Can you please write a PM with the entries from "System Services -> RED" (Organization Name and City)? Did you use any additional characters in this fields? If so, turn RED Status off and on again and test a text without special characters.
