Can someone explain what "link status changed" means?

That's a message generated by one of the APs. Nevertheless, the messages do not indicate a connection problem. You can simply ignore them.

Does it mean the wlan0 / wlan1 interface on the astaro or another interface?

Nope.

We have a notebook, which receives "network errors" from Microsoft Access while opening a database over the WLAN. 

Do you have some more detailed information?
When this error appears can you still ping other machines in the network? 
What about accessing other resources on the network?
Does the wifi connection drop on the laptop?
Did you try to enable debugging on the APs (http://www.astaro.org/astaro-beta-versions/astaro-wireless-security-beta/33027-wlan-crash-after-few-clients-connected.html#post151296), maybe that gives us more clue?

i only wanted to know what these messages mean, because i want to exclude the Astaro hardware from that problem. After doing some research i recogniced that it is NOT possible and NOT supported to use Microsoft Access via WLAN or WAN. As Microsoft stated, you should only use a stable LAN connection, in any other case the latency would be too high and fluctuating and there is no guarentee for a working Access there.
This applies to Microsoft Access DBs which lay on a network shared folder.
So the problem is not astaro related and the thread can be closed here.
