Just made my first tests with roaming this afternoon. The roaming itself seems to work fine with my HP Notebook and an Apple iPad. There is one thing looked a bit strange. The displaying on the "Wireless status" page. (I will try to verify that again). The iPad was connected to the Guest WLAN on AP (Office 2), which was the one nearer to the iPad Then went into the direction of the second AP (Office) and further until the signal to the first AP (Office 2) was bad enough and it switched to the second AP (Office) At this moment, a second iPad with same name/MAC/signal strength appeared in the Wireless status page (see screenshot) Now it always showed the signal strength of 10% it had at the time it switched the AP (At the screenshot, the AP it shows is correct, but not the signal strength) Urs

This looks strange. Having the same entry twice during roaming can happen (if the client doesn't have the chance to sign off at the first AP it will take a couple of minutes to time out), but not on the same AP.
We'll look into this. Thanks for reporting!

I think thats the point. I have the same issue, but in my case the second entry vanishes after a couple of minutes. So i think my notebook roamed to another AP but not said "goodbye" to the first one. So the first one got my Notebook still in its cache, but the location of the object seems to be overwritten by the second object (which is indeed newer than the first one).

I've got the same behaviour. The roaming client appears twice at the same AP. After a minute the second entry disappears.

Tested it again today.

Sometimes, when i walk very slow, it changes the AP's correctly. But most of the tries it was as described in my first post.

Additional to that, i turned on the iPad today, after it was turned off multiple hours, and it appeared twice on one AP directly (standing directly beside the AP).
