the AP are using a wrong MAC. When I use the Mac printed at the back, the AP are getting their fixed IP, afterwardes they are flashed, and then they have a wrong MAC and nothing is working any more.
The MAC is not wrong as the APs own multiple MAC addresses, one for ethernet and up to 8 for wifi. The one printed on the label is the base mac address. Please have a look at [1] for further information.
The MAC Address on the back is the MAC address of the LAN interface, so it is the correct MAC Address. As Andreas already told, the AP has 8 Additional MAC Adresses, one for each SSID. I can confirm that everything is working fine on my side.
