Free upgrade from ASC 8.2 to 8.3 ?

Hi,

I have license for ASC v8.2. Now I would like to upgrade to v8.3. Is it some free upgrade for old license user?

I believe you only get the free upgrade if you had support on the ASC.

It's not a free upgrade. If you have the support contract for ASC, they will allow you to generate an updated key to unlock 8.3 on my.astaro.com.

Unfortunately, I haven't support for ASC. I send email to local Astaro Distributor to ask how much cost upgrade for educational institutions.

I hope, it wouldn't be cost too much.
