ASC 8.2 Install

During installation of ASC, it is asking for an activation key and serial number.  I thought this was a 30-day trial.  Do I have to call Astaro during business hours to be able to install ASC?

    If that's the first installation of ASC you should have a 30 day trial. If it prompts for a key, the trial is gone. Maybe ASC was installed on that machine in the past. Easiest way would be to just use another machine for testing ASC or a virutal machine (VMWare, Virtual Server, ...).
