[8.296][BUG][OPEN] traffic on port 3400 isn't declared as red traffic

Traffic on port 3400 isn't declared as red traffic in e.g. top services report. It's declared as CSMS2 traffic.

It assume that this is releated to /etc/services:

csms2           3400/tcp        # CSMS2
csms2           3400/udp        # CSMS2

Webadmin traffic is declared correctly and the /etc/services has an entry:

webadmin        4444/tcp        # KRB524
webadmin        4444/udp        # KRB524
# PROBLEM krb524 assigned the port,
# PROBLEM nv used it without an assignment
nv-video        4444/tcp        # NV Video default
nv-video        4444/udp        # NV Video default

The same behavior affects the other astaro specific traffic:

4422/tcp -> ACC Gateway Manager
4433/tcp -> ACC Connection
