Is there a chance that the known hyper-v issues will be fixed in this release.

I think most of these are related to the fact that the integration services drives for the nics appear to be pre SP1 and cause the instability I have been experiencing with SP1 installed.

    No, unfortunately.
    The IS drivers in the asg kernel are from Linux 2.6.39 (about April 2011),
    but even the IS drivers in most recent Linux kernel (3.1) identify themselves as "Version 0.2".
