[8.281][DUPLICATE][FIXED] no reconnect to ACC with dynamic IP

If you enter a dynamic ACC server object as ACC server and the IP changes,
then the ASG recognizes the new updated IP but the acc daemon still uses the old value. The confd already has the new IP but there is now automatically connect to the new one.

    Thanks, Marco, for posting this known issue here where it might get some action - I agree that this is a problem.  Either require only a Host definition, or modify the code to evaluate the DNS host when connectivity to the ACC is lost for over x minutes.
