[8.281][BUG][OPEN] Ambigous error if deploy same RED twice

Hi, if you run the server deployment wizard to deploy RED that has already been deployed on the same ASG, you get a [Object Object] error message as shown in screenshot.

Steps to get the error message:
1. Deploy the RED device.
2 Use the same RED id to deploy again.
