[8.280][FEATURE][OPEN] Update progress screen.

This is not a bug but a feature that bugs me. When watching the update progress in the popup window, the progress stops half way in the middle and the astaro box reboots. This behavior is different in different versions and different up2date packages. Actually during the 8.2 beta the update progress finished most of the time for me.

Why do we have pre-start, service-start, post-start, and pre-sync phase when most of the up2dates require a reboot and should finalize after the package installation phaze. I am all for giving all the fancy green lights to the admin but if the lights never turn green, whats the point?
