[8.270][NOTABUG][CLOSED] Dashboard incorrectly shows 'State' is Down

PS Now, it shows Down Error, but traffic flows normally.  And just now it changed to Up Up.  This box was peacefully running 7.511 up until 20 minutes ago, and there were no such phenomena.  Back to Down Error again, and still everything works fine.
PPS This seems to have settled down now.

    Uplink Balancing is active, but I just did that to test, so there's not anything connected to the other NIC at present.  I'm not doing uplink monitoring.

    Until the crash that began 12 hours ago and completed 2 hours ago, this was Up Up as indicated in my PPS above.

    PS I just Up2Dated to 8.281, and this problem did not reappear.  If this was a bug it is fixed.
