[8.200][QUESTION][ANSWERED] astaro ftp server

Hello Friends !

Do u expeirace any problem while accessing all 4 astaro ftp server 
i am facing problem of connection timeout 
when i uncheck ireland for county block then this seems to be working

  # geoiplookup ftp.astaro.de
GeoIP Country Edition: IE, Ireland
but  do u think it should give message country block 

Index of /pub/ASG/v8/up2date/ --this give message country block
ftp://ftp.astaro.de/pub/ASG/v8/up2date/ --but this give message connection timeout 

dont u think it should give relavent message ,
