Amended answer: It's in there, but may be a hidden feature that would require manual commands from the shell to enable (similar to the local content filter database). Can't test this out with a fresh install, since 8.200 ISOs won't be available for another couple of weeks. I may update my 8.103 test box install using the 8.200 u2d soft-release package and see if it shows up.
