[8.174][BUG][OPEN] The server timeout is not displayed

How do i reproduce that?

Hi kbr,
its is reproducible. It involves sites that timeout during or at the start of a download. The page in my case goes to grey.I haven't seen this happen in recent versions though. Maybe my internet connection is performing a little more reliably.

There was a report in an earlier b of 8.2 about the subject.

Hi,
update. Window 7 64 FF5 blank screen (white) while downloading the up2date 8.174 -> 8.200 package. The only indication  that something was happening was the little circle in the top lefthand corner. Stopped it and received and error message showing how much had been downloaded. Restarted the download and left it to run through to completion and then I am presented with a screen asking where I want to save the file to.
